Chickpea "Egg Salad"


2 cups chickpeas

1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use chosen foods, coconut oil)

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tsp tumeric

1/2 tsp salt

Dash of pepper (it helps the turmeric be absorbed in your system)

Herbs/Veggies: cilantro, dill, green onions, etc


Blend or mash ingredients until well combined. Enjoy on some bread, on lettuce or by itself! My favourite way is on gluten free bagels or english muffins (my fav brands are Aidan's and Nate's)
