Gluten Free Bagels

Hi everyone!

I don't know about you, but I have been loving recipe ideas from TikTok (I know, I know. So controversial, but it is so fun and has so many tid bits of info). Anyways, everyone seems to be making healthy bagels on there, so I thought I would try it out but gluten free! I made some slight changes to Gluten Free on a Shoe String

Yields: 6

  • 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour

  • 1 cup skyr yogurt (or greek!)

  • 1 egg white

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (if there is none in flour mix)

  • Dash of salt

  • Topping: poppy, sesame, flax, hemp seed or a combination

  1. Mix together dry ingredients

  2. Stir in the yogurt and then egg white. Knead until well combined

  3. Divide into 6 smaller balls, poke a hole in each and stretch. Place on a lined baking sheet

  4. Cook for 22-25 minutes at 400 and let cool for at least 15 minutes
