It's been a while!

2.5 years to be exact! To be honest, I spend more time on Instagram and Tiktok than focusing on my website, but I want that to change! Going forward, I want to include more recipes, updates & wellness tips on here.

SO, if you have not been following me on social media, my last blog post was about a miscarriage. The month after my early miscarriage, I got pregnant and had my second born, Elle (short for Elizabeth, after my mom) on May 29th 2021- more to come on that! May was always a tough month for me after my mom died as it was her birthday, mother's day and the anniversary of her death all in one month. It was heavy. Turns out, both my babies are now May babies and brighten up the month entirely. I do not believe in coincidences! Whatsoever. They are signs and synchronicities from the universe, reminding us that we are not alone. In a full circle of life moment, Elle was born on the anniversary of my mom's death- May 29th. She was a week early and born 10 minutes after midnight! Almost a May 28th baby, but like I said- no such thing as coincidences. I could feel her there. IT was one of the most challenging things I have ever gone through. To recap, I had my firstborn Jack in May of 2019. I had to be induced because my water had broken and I showed up to the hospital at 2cm, I was not dilating. I then had an epidural and 2 hours of pushing! Elle's birth was polar opposite! I showed up to the hospital at 8cm dilated and I had to catch up more mentally than physically this time. It was unmedicated (aka no epidural) which was WILD! For me, it brought so many fears, insecurities, and emotions to the surface. When people ask, I tell them I felt like a cavewoman or animal in the woods. But, I did it and I am so proud of myself because, like I said, it was one of the toughest things I have EVER endured.

Fast forward to now! I have an almost 2 and 4 year old. They are my pride and joy. They remind me so much of my mom and they have been a source of so many lessons (many humbling ones). Right before I had Elle, I pivoted in my business. I started taking more courses on life coaching, mindset, energy work. My meal prep delivery service (that I ran for 5 years) was no longer lighting me up, so I decided to retire it. I now combine a variety of modalities when I help people in 1:1 or group coaching, such as nutrition, reiki, eft (emotional freedom technique or tapping), mindset, hypnosis, inner child work. I like to call it intuitive life coaching because I often feel like the guidance is working through me, rather than just from me.

One of the reasons I pivoted in my business is because of my own personal journey. I have done a lot of inner healing work on my mind, body & spirit and it has shown me how I want to help others do the same. It's not always easy, but it is effective!
