Lemon Apple Cider Vinegar Bombs


Ingredients


4-6 lemons

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Silicone mould/ice cube trays



Instructions

  1. Juice lemons into a jar or bowl

  2. Add in apple cider vinegar, stir well

  3. Pour into mould and freeze

  4. Pop out one of the moulds when ready to use and add in boiling water. Drink slowly and wait 10-20 minutes to eat so it can work its wonders!


I have lemon and apple cider vinegar every morning. It is a non-negotiable part of my day! It jump starts my digestion, helps cleanse my liver & gallbladder, and gives me energy.
